1. DEFINITIONS

2. SUSPENSION OF ACCOUNT

 

We reserve the right to refuse service and/or remove or edit content if we are of the opinion on reasonable grounds that you have acted in breach of these terms and conditions or have used the site in a fraudulent or improper manner.

We may immediately suspend, terminate, or limit your access to and use of the site if you breach these terms and conditions.

7. PAYMENT METHODS AND PROCESSING

 

When booking our services, we currently accept payment only via PayPal. Making a booking for our services means you are engaged in a contract and that you unconditionally accept the fees and descriptions of the services you have booked.

 

8.CANCELLATION OF BOOKINGS

 

We may cancel any service that you have booked with us without any liability to you for that cancellation at any time if:

(a) we are unable for any reason to provide the service; or

(b) there is an error in the fee, or the service description posted on the site in relation to the relevant service that you have booked; or

(c) the service has been booked in breach of these terms and conditions.

9. CANCELLATION POLICY

 

If you have made a booking for our services, we will send you a reminder of your appointment 48 hours before the scheduled time.

​

As we run an on-call service, late cancellation potentially means that we cannot see someone else who is needing our nursing care.

​

Notice of your wish to cancel or reschedule a booking must be given to us by telephone or email not less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

​

You are welcome to reschedule or cancel a booked service at any time before the 24 hours / 48-hour period set out above.

​

If notice of cancellation or rescheduling is not received within the time set out, you will be charged the full fee for the service.

​

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

 

We have used all reasonable care to ensure that the information available on or through our site is accurate, complete, reliable, and current.

However, we do not warrant that such information is accurate, complete, reliable, current, of a particular quality or suitable for your circumstances.
